A Bit About Me

I never liked working out, used to fear cross country in PE. Fondly remember sitting there in my bedroom looking down at my belly considering how big it was for someone in their teens. Habitual thinking I carried into my twenties and to university where I remember lying on the bed not being able to see my toes. 

 

Thinking I should do something about it and actually doing something about it where miles apart. 

 

I started going to the gym in the last year of university, tried different diets, put some time on the cross trainer and got my weight down a bit. Started going to the gym and working out, even started enjoying it. 

 

Got into security and digital forensics for several years. Pushed myself further with my health and fitness before becoming qualified as a personal trainer. 

 

In short, I used to be fatter than I am now and I know how it works.

Program Details

First Session

Home Based PT

Flexibility

Our first session is a chance for us to discuss your ambitions and what you should expect as you set out towards your goals; whether that's fat loss, muscles building, recovery from injury or specific improvement in a particular activity.  We'll talk simply about the steps we can take and some of the everyday things we can start doing to get you on the way.  We'll also take some measurements and establish a 'starting point'.

We'll also have the time to talk about personal interests, nutritional preferences and daily life; essentially this session will give you the chance to see if working with me will, well, work!

My equipment is mobile, we'll train where you're comfortable and where is most convenient; if you have enough space in yours to do a press-up then we'll train there. So deciding you want to work out is as easy as sending me an email. We'll structure a plan around your lifestyle and work on building towards your goals.

You are welcome to have as many sessions as you like, though we'll look at what schedule would be best for you and take into account any goals or dates you have lined up. I'd rather work out a routine based on your needs than over prescribe sessions.

 

In our sessions I will teach you how to perform various movements at home, whether that's to lose fat, build muscle, increase endurance/speed/power or just to look better. We will set smart routines and nutritional goals that you can complete at your convenience with or without the support of a coach. With weekly checkins as a minimum you have control over how quickly you want to progress your fitness.
